Scent can be a very powerful relaxation and sleep trigger for babies and children as well as adults. At bedtime simply pop a couple of drops of a relaxing essential oil such as lavender, mandarin or chamomile onto the reusable pad, place the cartridge into the fan and switch on for long lasting scent in the nursery, if your baby has a cold then a gentle decongestant oil such as ravensara can be used to aid gentle sleep.

These portable aromafan aromatherapy fans are also great to take into hospital with you to scent the atmosphere and help you relax during your baby's birth. As they are battery operated they are very hospital friendly (candle operated oil burners are not permitted in hospitals due to the fire hazard with the compressed gas in the rooms!).
